HCDP Panel Discussion: Unlocking Saudi Arabia’s Potential

September 2021 saw the launch of the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP) by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, and Deputy Prime Minister and chairman of the program. 

To unveil the goals and initiatives of the program, a panel discussion was held on September 27, where distinguished members of the committee such as the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, HE Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi; HE Dr Hamad Al Sheikh, Minister of Education; Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, HE Bandar Al-Khorayef; and HE Dr Ahmed Al-Fuhaid, Governor of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. 

The panel, moderated by Dr Enas Al-Issa, Director of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, began with the introduction of the HCDP, a vital part of Vision 2030. The discussion focused on the program's role in Vision 2030’s delivery, boosting the competitiveness of Saudi citizens locally and globally. 

Those in attendance included representatives of government agencies, the private and non-profit sectors, Human Capability Development specialists, and media representatives. Watch the panel discussion to learn more.
